You need :

  • Italian parmesan (parmigiano reggiano)
  • Balsamic aged in amphora and smoked

  1. Place 2 drops of blackberry balsamic, smoked with beech and Timut, directly on the cheese.
  2. You don’t even need bread with such a good combination!
Tip: This recipe can also be created with truffle balsamic.
