Oranges and shallots
A salad that will surprise your guests
You will need: (for 4 people)
- 4 untreated oranges
- 2 large shallots
- Grape seed oil
- Apricot and saffron balsamic
- Salt & Pepper
- Peel the oranges, removing the white part.
- Cut the oranges into slices and place them in a dish.
- Peel and finely chop the shallots. Spread them over the oranges.
- Season generously with pepper and a little salt and add a dash of oil and apricot saffron balsamic.
- Cover the dish and leave to rest in the refrigerator.
- Take the dish out just before serving for maximum freshness.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with honey vinegar or blackcurrant juniper balsamic.
