Oranges and shallots

A salad that will surprise your guests


You will need: (for 4 people)

  • 4 untreated oranges
  • 2 large shallots
  • Grape seed oil
  • Apricot and saffron balsamic
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Peel the oranges, removing the white part.
  2. Cut the oranges into slices and place them in a dish.
  3. Peel and finely chop the shallots. Spread them over the oranges.
  4. Season generously with pepper and a little salt and add a dash of oil and apricot saffron balsamic.
  5. Cover the dish and leave to rest in the refrigerator.
  6. Take the dish out just before serving for maximum freshness.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with honey vinegar or blackcurrant juniper balsamic.
