Fried eggs
Very easy
You need: (for 1 person)
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons of caramel vinegar
- A drizzle of oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Break the eggs into a hot pan.
- Add the caramel vinegar to the eggs and continue cooking until the desired consistency is reached.
- Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
Tip: This recipe can also be created with blackberry balsamic or tarragon and Madagascar pepper vinegar.
