Chinese noodles with shrimp
With an Asian flair
You need: (for 2 people)
- 250g Chinese noodles
- 10 large peeled shrimp
- 1 onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 sprigs of coriander
- 6 tablespoons of smoked oil
- Salt & pepper
- Cook the noodles for 3 minutes in boiling water and drain.
- Cut the onion into thin strips and the tomatoes into quarters.
- Peel and chop the garlic.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of smoked olive oil in a large frying pan, brown the garlic and onion and then add the peeled shrimp.
- 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the tomato quarters.
- Add the remaining smoked oil and the noodles. Mix everything together, season and add a few coriander leaves before serving.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with sesame olive oil or fennel olive oil.
