Marinade for white fish

Barbecue, oven or pan


You need :

  • 5cl of olive oil with fennel
  • A few sprigs of chives
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Chop the garlic and chives. Thin out the thyme.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, strain and leave in the fridge for at least an hour.
  3. Then use this marinade on the fish of your choice.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with sesame oil or smoked oil.
