Vegetable marinade
In all seasons
You need :
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons 15 year old vinegar
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 shallot
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- Salt & Pepper
- Crush the garlic, chop the shallot and remove the rosemary leaves.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour over the raw vegetables, cover the dish and leave to marinate for at least 1 hour in the fridge.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with garrigue vinegar or balsamic with kina karo.
