Vegetable marinade

In all seasons


You need :

  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons 15 year old vinegar
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Crush the garlic, chop the shallot and remove the rosemary leaves.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Pour over the raw vegetables, cover the dish and leave to marinate for at least 1 hour in the fridge.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with garrigue vinegar or balsamic with kina karo.
