Mandarin, avocado, blue
A nice surprise
You need: (for 2 people)
- 1 mandarin orange
- 2 avocados
- 50g blue cheese (or Roquefort, Fourme d’Ambert…)
- 100g of mesclun (or fresh spinach shoots)
- A few sultanas or dried cranberries
- Olive oil
- Walnut and curry balsamic
- Salt & Pepper
- Peel the mandarin orange and remove the segments.
- Peel and dice the avocado.
- Dice the cheese.
- Wash and spin-dry the salad.
- Mix all the ingredients together and drizzle with the walnut and curry balsamic and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and toss again.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with honey vinegar or wild garlic balsamic.
