Duck breast
Recipe to share!
You will need: (for 2 people)
- 2 duck breasts
- 4cl of balsamic with fig confit
- Salt & Pepper
- Cut the duck breasts into 5mm thick slices. Place them in a very hot frying pan (without fat).
- On a high heat, sear the pieces, then turn them over after one minute.
- Add the balsamic to the fig confit and continue cooking, lowering the heat slightly until the desired doneness is achieved.
- Serve immediately with a green salad or carrot tagliatelle.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with blackberry balsamic or honey vinegar.
