Recipe suggested by one of our loyal customers


You will need :

  • 1 duck breast per person
  • A few pearls of natural balsamic
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Cook and season the duck breast according to your taste.
  2. Slit the duck breast in such a way as to make notches in the width.
  3. Place a pearl of balsamic in each notch and serve immediately.
