Lentils, nuts, tomatoes, radishes
An original entry
You need: (for 2 people)
- 60g uncooked green lentils
- 30g of walnuts
- 2 green tomatoes
- 120g pink radishes
- 2 dried apricots
- Apricot saffron balsamic
- Olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Cook the lentils in a large volume of water for 20 minutes, then run them under cold water and set aside in a cool place.
- Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes and dried apricots, slice the radishes and crush the walnuts.
- When they are cold, mix all these ingredients, add salt and pepper.
- Add a drizzle of olive oil and apricot-saffron balsamic and serve immediately.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with Nepalese pepper vinegar or kina-karo balsamic.
