Lentils in salad

A delicate entry


You will need: (for 2 people)

  • 200g lentils
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Old-fashioned matured olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon of spiced vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Dice the carrot and rinse the lentils under cold water.
  2. Cook the lentils in a pan of unsalted boiling water for 25 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, chop the garlic into small pieces.
  4. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, spiced vinegar, cumin, salt and pepper.
  5. When the lentils are cooked, let them cool and mix with the garlic and seasoning.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with Espelette pepper olive oil or fennel olive oil.
