Vegetables as a side dish
Very fragrant
You will need: (for 4 people)
- 3 tomatoes
- 150g of padron
- 1 fennel
- Balsamic with beer
- 4 cloves of garlic
- A knob of butter
- Olive oil
- Fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper
- Wash the vegetables, cut the fennel into large pieces and steam it for 15 minutes.
- Cut the tomatoes in half and the padrons into small slices. Chop the garlic cloves.
- In a frying pan, add a little olive oil and add the tomatoes, padrons and garlic. Leave to cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the cooked fennel bulbs and 3 tablespoons of beer balsamic. Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer on a medium heat for about ten minutes.
- Serve these vegetables with grilled shrimp or roasted sea bream.
Tip: This recipe can be made with caramel vinegar or plain balsamic.
