Home-made burgers
A peppery touch with peppers!
You will need: (per burger)
- 1 butcher’s hamburger (about 200g)
- Hamburger bun (or muffin bun for more fantasy)
- 2 slices of tomato
- 2 slices of goat’s cheese log
- 1cl caramel vinegar
- 2 tablespoons ofcandied onions
- Salt & Pepper
- Slice the bread in half. On each half, place a spoonful of candied onions and spread well.
- In a frying pan, cook the minced steak in the caramel vinegar.
- On the bottom bun, place the chopped steak and then the tomato slices.
- On the upper part, place the slices of goat cheese.
- Then put both parts in the oven to make the bread a little crispy.
- Eat as soon as it comes out of the oven!
- You can of course use any ingredients you like: lettuce, red onion, cheddar cheese, avocado, peppers…
