Courgette gratin
You will love it!
You will need: (for 4 people)
- 3 courgettes
- 1 jar of fresh goat’s cheese
- 50g of walnuts
- 1 clove of garlic
- A little butter
- Grated cheese (emmenthal, gouda, mimolette…)
- Salt and pepper
- Wash and slice the courgettes.
- Butter and rub 4 small moulds with the garlic clove.
- Place a first layer of courgette slices, the fresh goat’s cheese and more courgettes in the moulds.
- Sprinkle with crushed walnuts, salt and pepper and add a drizzle of olive oil with basil.
- Finish by adding the grated cheese.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 200°C.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with sesame oil or Espelette pepper oil.
