Apple cake
Amaze your guests!
You will need :
- 5 apples
- 7cl of raspberry balsamic
- A knob of butter
- 130g flour
- 120g sugar
- 3 eggs
- Half a packet of baking powder
- One packet of vanilla sugar
- 4cl rapeseed oil
- Preheat the oven to 160°C.
- Peel, core and cut the apples into 3cm cubes.
- Melt the butter in a pan and add the apples.
- Brown them for a few minutes, then add the raspberry balsamic and cover. Simmer for about ten minutes and then remove from the heat.
- Meanwhile, prepare the cake batter by mixing the flour, eggs, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar and oil.
- Pour the apples into the buttered pan. Add the cake mixture on top.
- Bake for about 45 minutes.
- Serve cold or warm.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with apricot balsamic or aphrodisiac balsamic.
