Apple cake

Amaze your guests!


You will need :

  • 5 apples
  • 7cl of raspberry balsamic
  • A knob of butter
  • 130g flour
  • 120g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • Half a packet of baking powder
  • One packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4cl rapeseed oil

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
  2. Peel, core and cut the apples into 3cm cubes.
  3. Melt the butter in a pan and add the apples.
  4. Brown them for a few minutes, then add the raspberry balsamic and cover. Simmer for about ten minutes and then remove from the heat.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the cake batter by mixing the flour, eggs, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar and oil.
  6. Pour the apples into the buttered pan. Add the cake mixture on top.
  7. Bake for about 45 minutes.
  8. Serve cold or warm.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with apricot balsamic or aphrodisiac balsamic.
