Pan-fried foie gras

A little originality


You will need: (for 4 people)

  • 500g of foie gras, denervated
  • 5cl of wild blackberry balsamic
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Cut about 1cm slices of foie gras. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a hot pan, fry the slices of foie gras for 1 minute on each side.
  3. Add the honey and the blackberry balsamic and continue cooking for 1 minute.
  4. Serve on toasted brioche bread or with red meat and a pan of mushrooms, as Cyril shows you here!
Tip: This recipe can also be created with fig balsamic or raspberry balsamic.
