Foie gras

The classic!


You need: (for 2 people)

  • 6 thin slices of semi-cooked foie gras
  • Balsamic with fig confit
  • 3 slices of brioche bread
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Cut the slices of brioche bread diagonally to obtain triangles.
  2. Toast the bread in the oven or toaster.
  3. Arrange the slices of foie gras on the bread, place the equivalent of half a teaspoon on the foie gras, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Serve with a salad as a starter.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with raspberry balsamic or blackcurrant and timut balsamic.
