Fish fillets
Delicious
You will need: (for 2 people)
- 2 white fish fillets, each weighing about 230g
- 3cl white wine
- 2cl of blackberry balsamic
- A knob of butter
- A handful of capers
- Salt & Pepper
- In a hot pan, melt the butter and fry the fillets on the skin side until they are brown, then take them off the heat.
- In the same pan, over high heat, pour the white wine and the blackberry balsamic, then the capers one minute later.
- Place the fish fillets on a plate, followed by the caper deglaze.
- Serve with a pan of green beans or fried potatoes.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with pink, lemon and ginger vinegar or basil balsamic.
