Filet mignon
A treat!
You will need: (for 4 people)
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 1 large yellow onion
- 1 tablespoon of wholegrain mustard
- 3 tablespoons of blackcurrant and juniper balsamic
- A drizzle of olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Preheat the oven to 150°C.
- Heat the olive oil in a casserole dish and fry the onion rings.
- Add the filet mignon and brown it on all sides.
- Add the balsamic and turn off the heat.
- Add salt and pepper and brush the filet mignon with mustard.
- Close the casserole and put it in the oven for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
