Grilled salmon fillet
Create an original and tasty sauce!
You will need :
- 1 salmon fillet per person
- 10 year old natural balsamic
- A clove of garlic
- Mild oil (e.g. grape seed)
- Sweet mustard
- Honey
- Salt & Pepper
- Fry crushed garlic in a base of grape seed oil.
- Add 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 of mustard, 4 of plain balsamic.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Simmer over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Depending on your taste, you can add a pinch of oregano when you remove the pan from the heat.
- Coat the salmon with ¾ of the sauce, so that it is well covered.
- Then grill the salmon on the barbecue or plancha. Halfway through cooking, add the rest of the sauce to the salmon.
- Serve immediately.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with vanilla combava vinegar or pink lemon ginger vinegar.
