Roasted Figs

A tasty dessert


You will need: (for 4 people)

  • 500g of figs
  • A pinch of fleur de sel
  • 2cl of wild blackberry balsamic
  • 20g brown sugar

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  2. Wash and dry the figs. Slightly trim the ends and split them crosswise, up to the of the fruit.
  3. Place the cut figs in a dish and sprinkle with the blackberry balsamic.
  4. Sprinkle with brown sugar and fleur de sel.
  5. Place in the oven for about ten minutes.
  6. Serve warm with yoghurt ice cream.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with plain balsamic or honey vinegar.
