Roasted Figs
A tasty dessert
You will need: (for 4 people)
- 500g of figs
- A pinch of fleur de sel
- 2cl of wild blackberry balsamic
- 20g brown sugar
- Preheat your oven to 200°C.
- Wash and dry the figs. Slightly trim the ends and split them crosswise, up to the ⅔ of the fruit.
- Place the cut figs in a dish and sprinkle with the blackberry balsamic.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar and fleur de sel.
- Place in the oven for about ten minutes.
- Serve warm with yoghurt ice cream.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with plain balsamic or honey vinegar.
