Caramelised endives

Something new


You need: (for 2 people)

  • 300g of endives
  • A knob of butter
  • Balsamic walnut and curry
  • 2 pinches of sugar
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Wash the endives, remove the base and chop them finely.
  2. Heat the butter over a high heat and add the endives, then the sugar and cook for 3 minutes, then lower the heat and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
  3. Then add the balsamic walnut and curry and cover the pan. Leave to caramelise for a few more minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with honey vinegar or wild garlic balsamic.
