Caramelised endives
Something new
You need: (for 2 people)
- 300g of endives
- A knob of butter
- Balsamic walnut and curry
- 2 pinches of sugar
- Salt & Pepper
- Wash the endives, remove the base and chop them finely.
- Heat the butter over a high heat and add the endives, then the sugar and cook for 3 minutes, then lower the heat and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
- Then add the balsamic walnut and curry and cover the pan. Leave to caramelise for a few more minutes.
- Serve hot.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with honey vinegar or wild garlic balsamic.
