Duo of salmon
A colourful entrance
You will need: (for 2 people)
- 150g raw salmon
- 70g smoked salmon
- 5cl of mango and ginger vinegar
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 shallot
- 3clsmoked olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Make a marinade with the finely chopped shallot, smoked olive oil, lemon juice and mango ginger vinegar; salt and pepper. You can add pink berries or other spices of your choice.
- Cut the raw salmon into thin slices.
- Place the slices of raw and smoked salmon flat in a shallow dish. Cover with the marinade.
- Mix lightly so that all the salmon is well covered with the mixture.
- Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
- Serve chilled with warm blinis.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with most of our wine vinegars or aphrodisiac balsamics.
