Some nice surprises


  1. On a red fruit salad, add a pinch of sugar and a few spoonfuls of plain balsamic. Success guaranteed!
  2. On a fruit tart, add a few spoonfuls of balsamic and it’s done!
  3. Add a few tablespoons of plain balsamic to the preparation of your jams, mix well and put in the jar. Works with mirabelle plum, cherry, strawberry, lemon, apricot ..
Tip: This recipe can also be created with basil balsamic or fruity balsamics.
