Duck legs
A taste of the South West!
What you need: (for 2 people)
- 2 duck legs
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 6cl of wild blackberry balsamic
- Salt & Pepper
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Salt the duck legs. Brown the duck legs on both sides for 10 minutes in a pan without fat. Start with the skin side.
- Add the crushed garlic at the same time.
- Then put the casserole with the legs in the oven for 40 minutes without a lid.
- Add the blackberry balsamic and 3cl of water.
- Season with pepper and braise under the lid for 30 minutes.
- Serve this dish with pumpkin puree or fried potatoes.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with honey vinegar or apricot balsamic.
