Home-made croutons
Not to throw away yesterday’s bread!
You need :
- 1 baguette (ideally flute type)
- Garrigue vinegar, thyme or rosemary
- Pepper
- Slice the bread into small cubes or small slices according to your bread and place the pieces thus obtained in a salad bowl.
- Pour 2 tablespoons of garrigue vinegar. Season with pepper.
- Place them on a baking tray with greaseproof paper and put them in the oven on grill mode for 5 minutes.
- Store in an airtight box or bag.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with all our vinegars and balsamics.
