Fried shrimp

Indulge yourself in a different way


You need: (for 2 people)

  • 300g raw shrimp
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • A few leaves of parsley
  • 3cl of aphrodisiac balsamic
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. In a hot pan, pour the aphrodisiac balsamic and the chopped garlic. After a minute, add the shrimp.
  2. Leave to cook for a few minutes over a medium heat, stirring occasionally. Add the parsley at the end of the cooking time.
  3. Remove from heat, add salt and pepper and serve with fresh pasta or rice and peppers.
Tip: Try also with pink, lemon and ginger vinegar, or plain balsamic.
