Avocado cream
Use as a condiment or sauce
You will need :
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 tablespoon of fresh cream
- 2 tablespoons Rancio vinegar
- Salt & Pepper
- Peel the avocados, remove the stone and roughly chop the flesh.
- In the bowl of a blender, combine the avocado, cream, Rancio vinegar, salt and pepper and blend until smooth.
- Serve chilled on toast.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with wild garlic balsamic or pink, lemon and ginger vinegar.
