Pork chops
The little extra touch
You need :
- 1 large pork chop per person
- 5cl Lucca olive oil
- 5cl Nepalese pepper vinegar
- Aromatic herbs (thyme, rosemary, laurel, lavender, etc…)
- Salt & Pepper
- Prepare a mixture of all ingredients except the meat.
- Place the pork chops in a deep dish.
- Cover with ¾ of the marinade, cover with aluminium foil and keep in a cool place for at least 2 hours.
- Then cook the meat as you are used to. (barbecue, pan, plancha, etc.)
- Serve with tomatoes à la provençale or mashed potatoes.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with beech-smoked blackberry balsamic, combava and Madagascar vanilla vinegar or plain balsamic.
