Lamb chops
Tasty
You need: (for 2 people)
- 6 lamb chops
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 small onion
- Juice of half a lemon
- 7cl of olive oil
- 1 large fennel
- 4cl of 15 year old vinegar
- Salt & Pepper
- Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
- In the bowl of a blender, combine ¾ of the olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Place the marinade in a shallow dish and immerse the lamb chops in it for at least 2 hours, covered, in the refrigerator.
- In the meantime, remove the first 2 leaves of the fennel, wash it whole and cut into slices of about 2cm and then cook them in boiling water for 6 minutes. Brush it with the remaining olive oil.
- On the barbecue or plancha, cook the fennel slices for 3 minutes on each side and the chops for 6 minutes on each side.
- Serve the chops immediately with the fennel slices.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with Nepalese pepper vinegar or wild blackberry balsamic.
