Onion confit
A great condiment
You need :
- 2 onions
- 4 teaspoons of wild garlic balsamic
- Olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Peel and slice the onions into not too thin strips.
- In a hot frying pan, brown the onions for a few minutes in the olive oil.
- Then add the balsamic and wild garlic and lower the heat.
- Leave to simmer until the balsamic is thicker.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with most of our vinegars and balsamics.
