Cucumbers with yoghurt
Simply good
You need: (for 4 people)
- 2 cucumbers
- 2 Greek yoghurts
- 4cl of garrigue vinegar, thyme or rosemary
- Juice of half a lemon
- Salt & Pepper
- Pour the yoghurts, vinegar and lemon juice into a salad bowl, season with salt and pepper, and set aside in a cool place.
- Peel the cucumbers, cut them in half lengthways and slice them finely.
- Add them to the yoghurt mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve chilled.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with balsamic with basil or vinegar with tarragon and Madagascar pepper.
