Cucumbers with yoghurt

Simply good


You need: (for 4 people)

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 Greek yoghurts
  • 4cl of garrigue vinegar, thyme or rosemary
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Pour the yoghurts, vinegar and lemon juice into a salad bowl, season with salt and pepper, and set aside in a cool place.
  2. Peel the cucumbers, cut them in half lengthways and slice them finely.
  3. Add them to the yoghurt mixture.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and serve chilled.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with balsamic with basil or vinegar with tarragon and Madagascar pepper.
