Brussels sprouts

Very simple


You need: (for 3 people)

  • 350g Brussels sprouts
  • 3 teaspoons sesame olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Finely chop the washed Brussels sprouts.
  2. In a bowl, mix the lemon juice and sesame olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the sprouts and serve immediately.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with fennel olive oil or smoked olive oil.
