Balsamic whipped cream
Very easy to make
You need :
- 15cl full cream
- 3 tablespoons of balsamic with cocoa nibs
- In a bowl, mix the strawberry and timut balsamic with the very cold liquid cream.
- Whip the mixture with a mixer to a smooth whipped cream.
- Put the result in a piping bag with a fluted tip and keep in a cool place until serving.
- Use this whipped cream with foie gras creams as well as desserts!
Tip: This recipe can also be created with all our balsamics.
