Balsamic whipped cream

Very easy to make


You need :

  • 15cl full cream
  • 3 tablespoons of balsamic with cocoa nibs

  1. In a bowl, mix the strawberry and timut balsamic with the very cold liquid cream.
  2. Whip the mixture with a mixer to a smooth whipped cream.
  3. Put the result in a piping bag with a fluted tip and keep in a cool place until serving.
  4. Use this whipped cream with foie gras creams as well as desserts!
Tip: This recipe can also be created with all our balsamics.
