Stuffed mushrooms
A perfect accompaniment
You need: (for 4 people)
- 4 portobello mushrooms
- 16 cherry tomatoes
- 20g of garlic butter
- 2 tablespoons of smoked, amphora-aged balsamic
- 100g mozzarella cheese
- Salt & Pepper
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Remove the base of the portobellos, and remove the slices from the inside with a spoon.
- Brush both sides of the mushrooms with the melted garlic butter.
- Place the mushrooms in a dish. Place the halved cherry tomatoes and the cheese inside. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Drizzle with amphora-aged balsamic, smoked when you take it out of the oven and enjoy immediately.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with plain balsamic or tomato, basil and smoked paprika vinegar.
