Stuffed mushrooms

A perfect accompaniment


You need: (for 4 people)

  • 4 portobello mushrooms
  • 16 cherry tomatoes
  • 20g of garlic butter
  • 2 tablespoons of smoked, amphora-aged balsamic
  • 100g mozzarella cheese
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Remove the base of the portobellos, and remove the slices from the inside with a spoon.
  3. Brush both sides of the mushrooms with the melted garlic butter.
  4. Place the mushrooms in a dish. Place the halved cherry tomatoes and the cheese inside. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Drizzle with amphora-aged balsamic, smoked when you take it out of the oven and enjoy immediately.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with plain balsamic or tomato, basil and smoked paprika vinegar.
