Ceviche de dorade

Ideal for tapas!


You will need: (for 4 people)

  • 200g fillet of sea bream
  • 1 lime
  • 4 strawberries
  • Chives
  • Strawberry and Timut balsamic
  • Timut olive oil
  • Flower of salt
  • Grey pepper

  1. Cut the sea bream fillets into thin slices in the opposite direction of the fibres.
  2. Place the fish in a deep dish and cover with lime juice and 3 teaspoons of Strawberry and Timut Balsamic. Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Cut the fresh strawberries into very fine cubes and mix with 2 teaspoons of Timut olive oil. Season with pepper.
  4. Chop the chives.
  5. Drain the fish and arrange it on the bottom of the plates. Cover with the marinade, then the diced strawberries and chives.
  6. Add salt with fleur de sel and enjoy fresh!
Tip: This recipe can also be created with Espelette pepper vinegar or blackcurrant and Timut balsamic.
