Bruschetta à la tomate
For the aperitif or as a starter
You will need: (for 2 people)
- 150g of bread
- 250g of tomatoes
- Olive oil with basil
- A few basil leaves for decoration
- Salt & Pepper
- Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Mix with a drizzle of olive oil in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place on lightly toasted slices of bread. You can add a basil leaf on each bruschetta.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with old-fashioned matured oil or Espelette chilli oil.
