Marinated meat skewers
Ideal in summer, with friends or family
You need :
- Meat of your choice (chicken, beef, pork, turkey, duck…)
- Sesame seeds
- 7cl Nepalese pepper vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- Salt & Pepper
- Prepare a mixture of all the ingredients except the meat.
- Cut the meat into regular pieces and arrange them on skewers.
- Cover them with the marinade and leave them to marinate in the fridge for at least a few hours (overnight is ideal).
- Cook the skewers on the barbecue.
- Serve the skewers with barbecued potatoes, grilled peppers or a pan of vegetables.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with raspberry balsamic or honey vinegar.
