Avocado, shrimp, grapefruit
An exotic touch
You will need: (for 4 people)
- 350g of prawns
- 1 grapefruit
- 2 avocados
- Juice of half a lemon
- 3cl of mango and ginger vinegar
- Salt & Pepper
- Peel the cooked shrimp. Put them in a deep dish with the mango and ginger vinegar, salt and pepper and mix well. Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Peel the grapefruit and cut it into quarters.
- Cut the avocado into thin slices and sprinkle with a little lemon juice to prevent it from turning black.
- Mix together and serve chilled!
