Candied aubergine
Tasty and balanced
You will need: (for 4 people)
- 2 large aubergines
- Olive oil
- Balsamic with truffle
- Aromatic herbs of your choice
- Salt & Pepper
- Wash and dice the aubergines and steam them for 10 minutes.
- In a frying pan, add the aubergines in 4 spoons of olive oil.
- Add the aromatic herbs you have chosen.
- Leave to cook on a low heat for about 40 minutes.
- Halfway through cooking, add 6 tablespoons of plain balsamic.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve with fish or meat.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with honey vinegar or aphrodisiac balsamic.
