Artichokes

A sauce to dip the leaves in


You will need: (for 4 people)

  • 4 beautiful artichokes
  • 1cl of oyster balsamic
  • 2clLucca olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Steam the artichokes to preserve all their flavours.
  2. Make a vinaigrette by mixing the oyster balsamic, Lucca olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Serve this sauce with the freshly drained artichoke.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with kina karo balsamic or caramel vinegar.
