Artichokes
A sauce to dip the leaves in
You will need: (for 4 people)
- 4 beautiful artichokes
- 1cl of oyster balsamic
- 2clLucca olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Steam the artichokes to preserve all their flavours.
- Make a vinaigrette by mixing the oyster balsamic, Lucca olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Serve this sauce with the freshly drained artichoke.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with kina karo balsamic or caramel vinegar.
