Notice to food lovers


You will need: (for 6 people)

  • 1 pineapple
  • The aphrodisiac balsamic

  1. Peel and cut the pineapple into slices that are not too thick.
  2. In a hot pan, pour 7cl of aphrodisiac balsamic, and add the pineapple slices.
  3. Over a medium heat, let the slices brown, keeping an eye on them and turning them from time to time.
  4. When they have taken on a nice colour, serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, caramel, … No chocolate or coffee ice cream, too strong in taste!

Tip: This recipe can also be created with Mango and Ginger Vinegar or Vanilla and Combava Vinegar.
