Salmon and cream cheese appetizer
For a fresh aperitif!
You will need :
- 3 slices of smoked salmon (depending on the number of people)
- A jar of fresh cheese spread (ricotta, fresh goat’s cheese, etc.)
- Nepalese pepper vinegar
- A few sprigs of chives
- A little lemon juice
- Salt & Pepper
- Mix the fromage frais, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper and chopped chives.
- Lay thin slices of smoked salmon flat.
- Spread this mixture over the salmon slices.
- Roll them up fairly thinly and cut them gently into pieces of about 4 cm.
- Set aside in the fridge for 3 hours.
- Serve with small spades, very fresh, accompanied by a good glass of white wine!
Tip: This recipe can also be created with Espelette pepper vinegar or tarragon vinegar.
