Rice salad

For every day


You need: (for 2 people)

  • 80g raw rice
  • 2 avocados
  • 25g hazelnuts
  • 60g of corn
  • Mango and ginger vinegar
  • Lucca olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Cook the rice as indicated on the packet.
  2. Meanwhile, dice the avocado and crush the hazelnuts.
  3. When the rice is cold, mix all the ingredients together, add salt and pepper and drizzle with oil and mango and ginger vinegar!
Tip: This recipe can also be created with aphrodisiac balsamic or spiced vinegar.
